Returns and Refunds

 

• We do not accept the exchange or return policy for any products outside Cairo - Egypt after the customer receives them, and the customer is not entitled to claim any compensation.

• full refunds within 2 days of receiving the artwork only in Cairo - Egypt. Buyer pays for  all shipping costs and transit insurance. Please contact me prior to returning the work.

• If you refuse to receive a product, you do not have the right to claim a refund of any material value of the product.

• The artist has the right only, in her sole discretion, to agree to replace or return the product, provided that the customer bears the costs of shipping and insurance back and forth.

• Please email dowahattem@yahoo.com. All claims for incorrect shipping/billing or return requests must be made the same day of delivery. The value of the returned item does not include any shipping fees. A copy of the customer's purchase invoice must be included with all returns. All items must be returned complete and in their original condition. All returns shipped are prepaid. The customer is responsible for all round-trip shipping fees. We do not offer international returns or exchanges
